In consideration of and to permit my participation by showing my vehicle in the Allenstown EDC Car Show to be held on the grounds of the Allenstown Town Hall, Allenstown, NH on August 14, 2022, I hereby acknowledge and accept the risk of possible personal injury and possible damage to my vehicle caused by my participation in the car show. I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Town of Allenstown, its administration, and committee members, and waive claims for any and all damage that I and my vehicle may sustain while participating in the car show.
I acknowledge that I have read and do understand this waiver and release of liability and I am signing it voluntarily.
