Personnel Policies and Procedures Manual

Allenstown maintains a Personnel Manual that contains policies and procedures that employees are expected to become familiar with, and descriptions of the current benefits plan available to employees. The content is revised from time to time as needed and public hearings are held to collect input from residents and employees.
