May 15th Is the Date for the Big Yard Sale

Do you have "treasures" in your garage, shed, spare room, or attic that you don't need any more but can't bear the thought of throwing away? Now is your chance to eliminate that clutter, make a few bucks, and regain that space. Sign up for the First Ever Townwide Yard Sale.

Yard sales must be held at your listed home address or at an approved group location. Post your own hours if 8 a.m. to
4 p.m. does not work for you.

There is no yard sale permit fee for this date, but you must return the registration form to Allenstown Town Hall by Noon Wednesday, May 12th to be included in the yard sale.

Yard sale listings will be available on Thursday, May 13th via the Town web site at www.allenstownnh.gov. For more information, contact Allenstown Town Hall at 485-4276 ext.116.

NOTE

This date has been designated as a Town Wide Yard Sale Date for people to draw in more potential customers to your individual yard sales. The Town is not sponsoring this as a specific event, but the Town is waiving the need for a yard sale permit for this particular date and collecting addresses supplied by you for your individual yard sale location. Your yard sale is your own; just as it would be if you had one on any other day or weekend.

What You Can Do

To register, (1) print and drop off the printable form at Town Hall or (2) cut and paste the form into a mail message. Send the e-mail to kpelissier@allenstownnh.gov.
