A Successful Third Craftsman's Fair & Farmers' Market
Dateline: Oct. 31, 2025
Halfway through the video, look for event organizers Crystal Robbins and Liz Joyce waving.
The October 26 Allenstown Craftsman's Fair & Farmers' Market was another successful and well-attended event. It was also a mild, sunny day with a little breeze but still many customers came to browse the vendor offerings and make a purchase.
Once again about two dozen vendors set up their booths along the perimeter of the Family Dollar parking lot. Organizer Crystal Robbins said they now have a waiting list of vendors because of the limited space available.
Organizer Crystal Robbins - Scented candles and Summit Sobriety Services
She said they hope to plan for monthly events starting next Spring but may need to locate a larger venue to accommodate all the vendors who would like to participate.
Organizer Liz Joyce - Sourdough Breads, Focaccia Breads, Sugar Scrubs, and Fabric Bows
Once again a big THANK YOU goes to The Family Dollar for allowing this event to be held in their parking lot.
What You Can Do
Look forward to next year and more of these exciting fairs. The past three events have given local craft people an opportunity to show off their crafts and produce and to meet and chat with local residents. This has also benefitted The Family Dollar whose personnel confirmed that their business increased on the days that the fairs were held.
